Dina arbetsuppgifter
As an HR-manager at our customer you will be work together with HR peers to manage the ongoing development of People processes based on customer needs. Your focus tasks will be on support, challenge and coach managers in areas such as change management and daily people issues. You will work actively for improvements of leadership and ensure the alignment between business and the People agenda. You will also work proactively with labour unions and manage union negotiations. Your work tasks will also include identifying and managing of people related business risks.

Kvalifikationer
• You have 5-10 years of work experience from a similar role
• You have experience of supporting and coaching leaders and management teams
• You have experience of working both operationally and strategically as leader support
• You have a broad understanding of working as a HR-manager in a changing organization
• You work successfully in a matrix organization
• You can professionally work with people in various parts and levels within the organization
• You have experience of core People process, such as Talent and Leadership Development, Performance Management, Workforce planning, Recruitment or other
• You are fluent in English skills both written and oral

Dina personliga egenskaper
You are a communicative and social person to succeed in the role as a HR-manager. You are structured and comfortable with a lot of responsibility. You're also good at prioritize in your work and handle a lot of tasks. We see you as a goal-oriented person who easily can find solutions. You're a good team-player who have an eye to see what needs to be done.

Ersättning
Salary according to agreement

Tillträde och ansökan
Fulltime position. The employment will start 1th of June 2019 and will proceed until 31th of October 2019. You will be an employee at JobBusters but work at our customer as a consult. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible- so don't wait too long with your application.
