We are looking for HR-partners with the assignment to strengthen the organization during a transition period. The work tasks require a solid experience in supporting managers when leading change. It also requires a good knowledge of the common work tasks involved in a process of organizational change.
You will be working as a Dreamwork consultant.
About the job
Your main task will be to support Managers with coaching and daily support with HR related topics. This includes; work environment, change, organizational work, union negotiations, Coaching, difficult conversations.

Your day-to-day assignments will include:
• Driving and supporting change on both a team and organizational level
• Being a strong role model and ambassador for the company values and culture
• Key player for maintaining high quality employee relations - including labor law and union negotiations
The position is temp for until approx. June 2020, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

• have proven experience of follow-ups within HR processes, and you have an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and actions.
• experience from working in a matrix organization
• have excellent change management skills and experience in coaching leaders in supporting change
• are experienced within Swedish labor law, employee relations, work environment as well as union negotiations (MBL).
• have good verbal communication in English
Language skills
English
Swedish is not essential.
Mandatory requirements: University degree
Qualifying requirements: Change experience, experience working as a support towards managers, labor law, HR operations, coaching experience,
