Univar currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Team Leader to manage our HR, Payroll and Benefit administration team. Based in Malmö and reporting to the Northern Region HR Director, the successful candidate will ensure that all administrative requirements of the HR department are met.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will seek to build detailed processes and structures to ensure accurate record keeping. You will identify innovative approaches to systems and administration problems whilst promoting and supporting HR initiatives across the region. With full responsibility for administration you will ensure all internal standards are met and ensure legal compliance with existing and forthcoming legislative changes.
You will be adept at working with HR systems and documenting process changes. You will be comfortable working in administration and recognise its importance to the overall HR function. As a leader you will be hard working, influential and able to lead a team through change with positive results.
We Are looking for:
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and highly organised individual with previous HR management experience. An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, you will be confident when dealing with people at all levels within the business. Ideally you will have previous experience of working with payroll, benefit providers and pension administration. You will have at least 3 years HR experience and at least 1 year's experience of managing a team. An HR qualification is also desirable. This role will require infrequent travel to a number of different sites across the EMEA North
