Do you have a passion for Talent Management? Would you like to play a key part in moving Valmet forward?
The EMEA Talent Management team supports HR colleagues and the wider business in talent attraction and development activities. As a (Senior) Specialist in our team you will be seen as a trusted expert in the field of recruitment and learning and development.

You will proactively and independently guide and monitor our EMEA HR community in all aspects of recruitment including:

• Understanding and applying recruitment policies
• The recruitment licence approval process
• Writing attractive job adverts
• Creating recruitment plans to ensure we meet target lead times
• Identifying appropriate sourcing channels and maximising suitable candidate generation
• Using LinkedIn to publicise Valmet activities and promote careers
• Choosing and Managing external recruitment vendors
• Pre-screening candidate applications
• Choosing and administering appropriate personality, motivation and ability tests
• Managing the offer process
• How to correctly use our recruitment tools including our Applicant tracking system (Artist), our Approval database (Lotus Notes) and our remote video interview tool (Recruitby.net)
• Tracking recruitment metrics and producing reports
• Support HR Managers and / or manage directly key position recruitments

Guide and monitor our EMEA HR community in all aspects of Learning and development including:

• Training administration / logistics
• Facilitation of training courses
• Keeping training records up to date and accurate in our training database
• Conducting competency gap analysis and suggesting appropriate training courses
• Assist the HR community and line managers in finding the right talent development solutions
• Collaborate with HR Managers in organizational development initiatives
• Cooperate with educational institutes
• Co-ordinate student fairs and external service providers and represent Valmet at appropriate events
• Manage summer trainee and thesis worker schemes
• Create content, co-ordinate and host Manager Information sessions
• Participate in Global Talent projects and initiatives

You will also give more general HR support to the Gothenburg office

As our dream candidate, you would have the following:

A degree in HR, Psychology or applicable field of study (e.g. Leadership)
3 - 5 years of experience in a related field
Experience of modern recruitment sourcing channels and methodologies
Knowledge of national liabilities and legislation related to recruitment
A certification in Talent Measurement and assessment tools (preferably CEB/SHL)
Experience in personnel assessments / 360 feedback
Experience in talent development tasks e.g. Managing hi-potentials, developing Talent reviews
A solid professional network
Fluency in Swedish and English
