We are looking for an HR Specialist to join the HR team at the Production Company in Karlskrona, Sweden. You will be part of a dedicated team of three people.
As an HR specialist you will focus on :
Support and guide the local team managers in HR related issues.
Run the health and rehab programs.
The Atlas Copco Employer Branding where you will be representing and coordinating work fairs, student presentations and visits etc.
Next to that you will be involved in the recruitment process and competence development in cooperation with the HR manager. This function allows you to gain further experience in the HR area.
Experience requirements
For the position we are looking for a person with a track record of proven successful human resources work in an industrial or engineering environment.
An analytical mind in combination with good communication skills and the ability to drive projects is required.
Personality requirements
We are looking for a person who always believes that there is a better way, and who wants to contribute with an open mind to the development of the People Management Process, and the HR function within the organization.
Furthermore, you plan and work in a systematic organized way and you are committed to objectives and goals, you are service minded, have high integrity and appreciate working in a team. You are motivated by interacting with people and enjoy providing advice and coaching.
Skills and Qualifications
University degree in the human resources area or equivalent.
Good knowledge in English and Swedish.
Good knowledge in IS / IT area.
Knowledge of Swedish labour law and regulations.
