What will you do?
It really is kind of like a puzzle, where it is your mission to put all the pieces (in this case our staff) in the right place depending on the fleets need. As HR Service Partner Marine your main focus is to support our fleet in crewing matters and to provide the ships with competent and qualified operational personnel. You will report to our HR Manager Marine and work in a group consisting of two colleagues with similar responsibilities.
The role:
• Provide day to day support for onboard managers in manning matters
• Participate in recruitment, assess and select according to the established procedure for deck and engine ratings
• Ensure that new employees are competent and qualified with suitable experienced and that documentation and certification is compliant with company's SMS
• Participate in induction of new employees (policies, routines and company values). Ensuring company induction meets quality demands and is conducted for all newly hired deck and engine staff
• Work closely together with internal as well as external partners

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest for HR. You have a couple of years' of experience from working with general HR issues, administration, manning, staffing and scheduling. Experience from and ability to interpret collective agreements and knowledge of STCW Manila and sea specific regulations is definitely a plus!
