As a recruiter at Klarna, you will perform recruitments to all our divisions, with focus on our customer service departments. We are a fast-growing and international company that constantly encounters new challenges in finding the optimal candidates. You will be responsible for both regular recruitment processes and for arranging recruitment events with assessment centers.

You will be part of the Recruitment & Internal Communication department within HR. We are responsible for recruiting, employer branding, internal communication and Klarna's intranet. Our job is essential for Klarna?s ability to grow and succeed. After all, Klarna is all about great people doing the right things, and we are the ones who must make sure we have those fantastic people in place!

To be successful in this role you must be goal oriented, flexible, persistent, analytical and patient. You should also like working in a fast paced environment with high expectations.

You will be perfect for this role if you have 1-2 years of experience from a similar position, always want to deliver high quality results, and are known for being efficient. Since all recruitments are performed together with the recruiting manager, you need excellent cooperation skills and a god mix of integrity, humbleness and service mindedness. You should also be good at writing job ads, have administrative skills and be able to use English as your working language.
