The HR Project Manager plays a key role in leading, managing and supporting HR programs, processes and projects across our European technology group. The organizational set up is new so this role will play an important role in leading various HR integration projects across Europe.
A lot of your time and effort will be spent on sourcing, interviewing and securing a steady flow of new recruits across the region and also to manage and coordinate related external suppliers. Further you will act as local HR contact in an advisory role serving managers and employees in the Nordics and Poland with solid advice and knowledge.
The HR Project Manager is based in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Transformation, who is based in Paris.
Examples of responsibilities
• Participate and contribute in the work to align HR guidelines and policies in a global/local context
• Provide advice and guidance in line with the company policy and current labor legislation
• Contribute in further development of HR administrative processes
• Performing recruitments/exits, employment conditions and introduction of new employees together with responsible Managers
• Talent Management initiatives
• Monthly HR Reporting & statistics
Your profile & requirements
To succeed in this role you need to be process-oriented and structured in a pragmatic way. You have a drive for results and an ability to work both independently and as a team player, with strong interpersonal skills. Furthermore you have great communication skills and you need a global mindset as you will work with different cultures. You are also capable and willing to work at all levels of activities form strategic to detail as needed.
• Preferably at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
• Around five years of Human Resources generalist experience with and understanding of broad HR Operations with the ability to act strategically as well as very hands on.
• Confident in driving recruitment from start to end
• Calm and reassuring as a person
• Work experience from multinational environment and/or the IT sector is meritorious
• Must be fluent in English and Swedish both verbal and written - French is a plus
• Ability to travel
