The HR Project Office was established in 2014 to drive strategic initiatives and projects relating to the Electrolux People plan, as decided by the SVP HR. Key project areas are development of the business side of HR (currently focused on HRBP roles), and projects to improve the global HR processes and technology. The Project office is also responsible for design and build of the maintenance and support organization for the new cloud based HR solutions together with Global IT. Electrolux HR Project office is seeking a Jr. Project Manager. The Jr. Project Manager will support senior project managers in the larger projects, and independently drive smaller projects and initiatives in the HR area, and support with project administration - which gives the opportunity for learning and development in project management and/or HR long term.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: .
Coordination and preparation for project events, meetings and workshops . Project follow-up towards set deadlines / milestones and project responsibilities, collection and compilation of project progress reports, Steering committee materials and communications to stakeholders . Independently manage sub-projects or smaller projects in HR . Creation and continuous maintenance of global project documentation . Project progress tracking and reporting . Virtual and onsite support to regional project teams . Update specific project team sites, folders and other areas . Research and develop new technology initiatives for HR processes POSITION REQUIREMENTS: . University degree within HR/Organization or other relevant area- or significant experience in project roles . Minimum 2 years of work experience whereof at least 1 year focused on project management . Some experience in one or more of the following processes: performance management, succession management, learning & development, compensation, workforce planning, recruitment . Strong administrative skills and a structured "get-it-done" mentality . Fluent in MS Office and a genuine interest in IT
