As a part of our European Consolidation project we are establishing a new European hockey main office in Solna, Sweden.
Key responsibilities:
For the European market, with location in Solna, Sweden, we are now looking for a HR & Management Assistant. Reporting to the European HR Manager, your key responsibilities will be to provide and achieve excellent management and HR support. You will work closely with other departments throughout the European organization providing a customer focused and effective administrative support service.
Key tasks:
• Provide administrative support on day-to-day basis and contribute to the long-run development of the business and HR function.
• Act as business support to key functions in the organization and advise staff regarding personnel, benefits and pay issues.
• Maintain and control employee files and the personnel data base in the SAP HR system.
• Time Management and Payroll administration and reporting.
• Responsible for pension reporting.
• Provide assistance in monitoring the recruitment and performance management processes.
• Assist in the development of HR procedures and policies.
• Provide the management with administrative support, i.e. meeting minutes, documents, coordination of meetings and activities etcetera.
• Support the management team and other employees with travel planning and bookings.
• Provide data for and prepare management information reports and documents.
• Provide administrative support and/or participate in different projects within a various of fields.
Your profile:
We are looking for a person with at least three years professional experience in HR administration and management support. Preferably you have a higher education in Human Resources/Finance field or corresponding working experience. You are fluent in Swedish and good English is also required in this role.
You are very comfortable in working with Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of HR and payroll systems such as SAP HR is essential.
The ideal candidate is a strong administrator with integrity, highly developed organizational skills and attention to details. You are able to work on a broad variety of projects, both alone and team based. Strong interest in ice hockey and sports in general is an advantage.
