In 2019 Dellner Couplers was acquired by EQT, a Swedish private equity company. Strategic investments in the expansion of our existing product portfolio and new product areas like freight and digitalization will also get our full attention during the coming year, insuring our place as market leader.
We are looking for a HR and Communication manager supporting our managers and employees at Dellners headquarter in Vika where we are about 200 employees, the executive management team and global functions included.
In connection with the change of ownership 2019, Dellners new strategy was launched and rolled out during autumn last year. The overall mission for our new HR & Communication manager for Dellner Sweden is to transform the global HR strategy to concrete and hands on action plans for Dellner Sweden in order to provide professional personnel support services. You manage your own budget and report to the Global HR and Communication manager. You will also be an important key player in our global HR team - consisting of Global Talent Manager and HR managers located in China, India, Poland, UK and Sweden.

Key areas and contribution to success
• As HR manager Sweden your overall mission is to transform the Corporate HR strategy to local activities for organization and people by a motivating leadership, an agile, entrepreneurial and innovative culture and recognition of strong performance and motivated employees.
• Concrete strategy initiatives for you is to upgrade leadership and competence trough clarity of roles, continuous development of managers and employees. To be successful in this you support managers in all HR-related questions such as recruitment process, organization structure, job design, employee surveys, coaching and mentoring and training plans.
• You are also responsible for internal communication, talent acquisition and activities to strengthen the employer brand. As part of this you drive activities and participate in networking and student fairs to secure the pipeline of young professionals/engineers and create an attractive workplace for rail talents.
• As HR Manager for Sweden you are responsible to you lead and train managers, so they are fully trained in the performance management process and skilled to give feedback on performance, recognize talents and high performers and develop career plans.
• You coach and mentor managers and employees to build a healthy workplace and you are confident driving compliance matters within relevant areas for HR and keeping sound relations with the Unions.
Your profile
To be successful in the role you need a Bachelor degree in HR- or Business Management or have the equivalent experience gained from a working career. This can be your first HR manager role but to be successful you should have at least three years of experience being a HR Business Partner within a tech company. We work in a truly global environment and you should have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

You are analytical and well organized and have strong negotiation and leadership skills to talk to both managers and employees in a natural way. In addition, you are team oriented with good interpersonal skills, shows diplomacy and discretion and is a good listener. You have both the interest and the ability to build relationships based on honesty, respect and trust and you use your outstanding communication skills to interact both internally and externally.
