Within the H&M Group, Logistics is responsible to make our fashion flow in a sustainable, qualitative and efficient way. Our job is all about fulfilling customer promises, creating an online and in-store supply chain matching customer expectations.
We believe people matters and we are looking for a HR manager who believes the same. As HR Manager you report directly to the Distribution center manager and being a part of the local management team, you are responsible for designing and implementing the local HR strategy that will help us to attract, recruit, develop and retain talents.

• Lead and implement global HR/ER standards, processes and policies in accordance to local legislation and requirements.
• Together with colleagues in the local management team assure people strategies are aligned with strategic business goals.
• Design and implement global and local HR processes and goals within functional areas such as employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, comp & ben, health & safety, etc.
• Lead and coach a HR team consisting of four direct reports.
• Together with direct reports and managers create processes and routines that supports H&M Logistics new ways of working.
• Assure that H&M's corporate values are fully integrated in the organization on all levels.
• Secure a close collaboration and an active dialog with employee representatives and unions.
• Lead and participate in assigned projects, initiated locally and/or globally.
• Collaborate with fellow HR Managers in other functions and/or countries to share best practice, common ways of working, fulfill strategic goals etc.

As a leader you set a clear-cut direction with defined goals and consistent follow up.
Some formal requirements:
• Minimum five years working as a HR-manager or specialist in a fast paced environment were you have participated in several change management projects.
• Previous experience from designing and implementing HR strategies, processes and routines within three or more functional HR areas.
• Solid experience from talent management; attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining employees.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Swedish labor laws and Health & Safety.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience from working with a similar workforce consisting of both blue collar and white collar employees
• Passion for fashion (and the customer) is a strong plus!
