HR Management Consultant

We are seeking committed and passionate people who wants to join our central HR team.
We are looking for an HR management consultant profile who will:
* Champion the journey towards Employer of Choice and co-create work plans with clear objectives and key results
* Package the initiatives to reach our goals in a way that visualises the progress of our journey
* Organize working teams, co-ordinate, track and maintain the transformation initiatives across the organisation
* Measure and share progress and support decision making of sponsors through regular updates
* Partner to remove roadblocks/barriers to support and empower owners and line organisation
* Accelerate idea generation and execution as a subject matter expert on HR and change management
This role requires flexible HR ninja skills, the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and locations around the world. This role also requires a strong sense of humor - we like to have fun while we are making history!
Competence Requirements:
* Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
* Proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills, and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative
* Experience of working in a complex and global environment
* Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
* Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation and presentation skills
* Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with a high level of energy and sense of humor
* Project management expertise
* Change management and organisational development expertise
* Good communication skills, written and oral
* Fluent in Swedish and English, written and oral
* University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or similar
