Are you a person that always gives 110 percent? We are now looking for an awesome Intern that will join our Human Resources team at NA-KD. You will assist the HR Manager with a wide variety of strategic projects. Focus will be creating an corporate culture for rockstar people and finding top talents for a fast growing company.

What you'll do (110%)

• Ensure that our rockstar candidates receive an awesome new hire on boarding experience. (10%)
• Assist with being the HR road manager when it comes to administrative questions from employees (10%)
• Assist with ad-hoc projects. (20%)
• Help out with searching candidates for NA-KD globally (60%)
• Work with strategies for employer branding and corporate culture (10%)

Who you are

• You are probably studying and are able to work two-days a week immediately.
• You are driven, have a strong work-ethic & are a problem solver.
• You are knowledgeable of the core HR functions, & also have an interest in HR Strategy, succession planning & policy development
• Comfortable on the phone and friendly phone personality
• Superb research skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to be creative, flexible and think ''outside the box''
