Dina arbetsuppgifter
JobBusters is now looking for an HR Generalists. English is the work language (Swedish is not required). As the HR Generalist you will work in the HR team to strengthen the organization during a transitioning period. You will be responsible for supporting managers when leading change. As the HR Generalist you will need good knowledge of the common work tasks involved in the process of organizational change description of the Service Area primarily within the functions IT & Business Development. You will primarily be supporting Managers with coaching and daily support with HR related topics such as change organization, work environment, union negotiations and coaching.

Kvalifikationer
• You have a University Degree
• You have experience of working as a support towards managers
• You have ExelPersonal Competences
• You have excellent communication skills in English

Dina personliga egenskaper
As the HR Generalist you will need to have an agile mindset. You enjoy relationship building and do so quite easily. You are mature and self-confident. As the HR Generalist you need to be able to operate with little information. You have great communication skills and can work in English. Swedish is not essential for this position. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with an excellent ability to build trust and handle complexity. You have proven experience of follow-ups within HR processes, and you have an ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and actions.

According to the agreement

Tillträde och ansökan
Fulltime. Our client would like you to start 2019-11-10 and the assignment is expected to run until 2020-06-30 with possibility to an extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting customer.
