Apart from the Stockholm office, Acne Studios operates offices in Paris, New York, London, Oslo and Copenhagen.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an energetic and driven employee to Acne Studios HR department. The role as HR Generalist is broad and varying, you work both strategically and operational to reach Acne Studios common goals and ambitions. You will work with all the spectra of HR errands and support managers and employees in such as rehabilitation, recruitments etc. The position holds a great opportunity to develop and influence the HR work at Acne Studios globally. HR department at Acne Studios is a team of three persons. The employment is a fixed term contract of one year, starting September 1st.
The position is based at Acne Studios headquarters at Lilla Nygatan 23 in Stockholm and reports to Head of HR.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Project Management of varying HR projects
• Supporting managers in rehabilitation errands, recruitments, labor law errands and more
• Develop, follow up and coordinate HR processes and routines
• Monitoring and developing Acne Studios Work Environment Process
• Developing and managing educations for Managers and employees
• Close contact with outsourced payroll supplier
• Supporting Head of HR with project and operational day to day errands
QUALIFICATIONS
We believe that you have strong understanding of the various HR processes and that you have worked broadly within the HR field. As a person we believe you are an open-minded problem solver who finds it easy to adapt to new situations. It is important that you have strong communication skills and that you are used to working proactively and independently.
Requirements for the role are:
• 3-5 years of experience of a similar position
• Bachelor degree within Human Resources Management
• Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law
• HR experience within a global environment
• Experience of project management
• English and Swedish fluent in speaking and writing
• Computer skills, especially strong knowledge of Excel and Power Point
