WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The role of HR Global Sales is to support our company mission, strategy and goals, by making sure HR is there and relevant for the business. We do this by being Core Values ambassadors as well being a bearer of our company culture. An important role is to support our long-term success by making sure we attract, recruit, develop and retain the right people/competences.

To be successful as an HR generalist in Axis Global Sales organization you must like change, thrive in a fast-moving environment with new opportunities, questions and challenges, arising frequently.

The HR Generalists primary function will be to drive and take responsibility for some of the focus areas within our HR building blocks. The role will support the implementation of global HR processes, policies, tools and guidelines as well as bringing the Sales regions opinions, experience and knowledge back to our corporate HR function. The role has some defined responsibilities, but are also project based and the content will vary from year to year, depending on decisions of focus areas for HR Global Sales. Example of operational work could be to drive the salary review process in Global Sales, work in cooperation with Corporate Comp & Ben to develop and build Comp & Ben competence within the regional HR team and among mangers in the regions.

Guiding in how we connect C&B to performance management in Global Sales, e.g. goal setting, feedback and recognition cycle. Follow up and support the development of our commission model in the regions. You will also work in various HR related projects, e.g implementation of the Master system, the ISO and GDPR project or similar. Being a sounding board for the regions within many HR-topics is an important task making sure we align and share best practices when possible.

In order to perform well in this position, we believe you have the following background and qualifications:

University studies in Human Resources Management
At least 5 years of experience from working in a similar role
Experience of working with compensation and Benefits
Very good English skills (written and verbal)
Service minded and Communicative
Enjoys and can work with a wide number of task in a changing environment
Structured and organized, with an eye for details, for high quality work, yet able to put the Axis hat on
High level of integrity and professionalism with an engaged and passionate style
The position will be based in Sweden but travelling outside Sweden will be required.
