www.sca.comIn the role as HR Director Global Hygiene Category (GHC), you are part of a global Business Unit (BU) that drives innovation, the brands, and strategic marketing based on consumer insights, in over 100 countries. GHC consists of more than 600 people and has business in mainly Sweden, Germany, USA, France, Malaysia and China. You are part of an HR team of two people where you support the VP HR to deliver the HR strategy in GHC. The role interacts with relevant stakeholders in HR and GHC Management to implement global HR processes and GHC specific activities. Your responsibility is to efficiently and with high quality execute the HR delivery. The role will report directly to the VP HR Global Hygiene Category. This role includes no personnel, but it requires that you are able to coordinate activities across geographies that involve local HR and local Management.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Act as a speaking partner in the global HR Networks and deliver HR processes, like Employer Attractiveness and Talent Management
• Support the development and delivery of GHC HR specific initiatives, for example Leadership and Organization development and Compensation & Benefits.
• Professionally provide HR support to Senior Manager or Management Teams.
The role also involves some HR administration, data collection, compilation and reporting which requires that you have high analytical skills and thrive on these types of tasks.
We are looking for someone who has a university degree in HR / personnel area and several years of documented successful experience within the HR field. We prefer that you have experience from international industrial company, and you understand what it means to navigate in a global complex organization. If you also have experience working in a matrix organization, that is a plus. You are passionate about driving performance and demonstrate urgency. You build trust and are able to convey messages in a clear way. You are confident to deal with ambiguity with a high level of service orientation. Your analytical skills are good and you have an aptitude for HR systems, Power Point and Excel as the role includes some HR reporting. We assume that you can express yourself well in written and spoken English and Swedish.
