Our client is a global leader in the tech industry. They are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values innovation and excellence. As they continue to grow, they are excited to welcome an experienced HR leader to lead their people-focused initiatives.
You will be a part of the management team and you will report directly to the CEO.
This role is based in our client's Gothenburg office, and offers a hybrid work solution and they are hiring an HR Director.

Responsibilities
You will lead the HR team which consists of around 15 co-workers, the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead talent acquisition, retention, global mobility, and development efforts. Drive employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations. Oversee compensation and benefits programs. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, a people manager/compassionate leader.
You should have a degree within HR or an equivalent bachelor's or master's degree.
In order to succeed you need to have experience from an international company, have good knowledge of Swedish labor law, and how it operates within a Swedish company.
You are business-oriented, adept at planning, fostering strong connections with individuals. Demonstrates courage, strong-willed, and determined. Takes significant responsibility, and is both trustworthy and reliable. Exhibits energy, which can be expressed in either introverted or extroverted ways. Open to change and flexible/adaptable, adjusting well to different situations.
