About Us and Our Main Responsibilities
Being part of a global team you will provide the Volvo group and their employees with administrative services within the HR area. Our objective is to provide HR Expertise to the Volvo Group with quality, strong service mindset and high level efficiency.
You will be a part of our HR Contact Support team, HR Services Sweden where our mission is to act as point of contact for employees, HRBP's and Managers in HR related topics.
Your main focus within this role is to respond to inquiries from employees, HRBP's and managers that contact us via phone or email.
Furthermore you will:
• Support and cooperate with actors in the HR Service Delivery Model to ensure effective HR support to the business.
• Provide the end user support that is agreed upon.
• Act as action owner of assigned cases.
• Determine and assign correct priority on created or received cases and act according to documented instructions (rule based).
• Escalate cases to other support functions when necessary.
• Perform incident resolutions and request fulfilments.
• Drive knowledge management and the documentation of errors and known workarounds.
• Support in continuous improvement work for applicable department and for HR administrative processes
We work in close cooperation and openness with our sister departments Compensation & Benefits and Workforce administration.

Profile

To be successful in this position you need to be service minded, energetic and ability to prioritize. We encourage and help each other.
Required Qualifications
• University degree, preferably Bachelor, within the area of human resources or equivalent work experience
• Experience from working with HR area and/or Contact Center is preferred
• Ability to read and understand agreements, regulations and guidelines.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
• Good skills in SAP, MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage
• Ability to stay focused in stressful situations
