Vattenfall Business Services is an internal provider of support functions within Vattenfall. We are an international shared service center with a mission to deliver cost effective and value added services based on the Business Division and staff functions common needs. We deliver services in the areas of Finance & Accounting, Facility Management & Real Estate, HR and Logistics. We have employees in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands.
Vattenfall Business Services has over 2800 employees in mainly Germany, Netherlands and Sweden. We are now looking for an HR Business Partner to support the Swedish based parts of the VBS organization with around 280 employees.
We turn to you, who are already an experienced and respected HR Business Partner, or equivalent, and now want to develop professionally. We offer you an exciting job where you are part of an international team of colleagues from Vattenfall in Europe.
Your role will be to ensure that HR activities are conducted in a professional manner and based on business needs.
Job description
Your main tasks will be:
• Drive HR processes, such as yearly salary review and other compensation & benefit related processes, employee surveys and Talent Management.
• Drive local health and work environment issues
• Responsible of local co-determination
• Support the managers in their leadership, both on an individual and on a team level
• Take ownership for one or more HR process within VBS You will report to HR Director of VBS who is located in Germany.
Qualifications
The successful candidate has an academic degree within relevant area or equivalent qualifications. You need to be highly competent in HR, either from a specialist or previous business partner role. Further more fluency in English and experience from an international environment is a prerequisite.

This position is located in Stockholm, in September we are moving to our newly built office in Solna. This position requires some travelling.
