PostNord International have entities in Asia, Americas and Europe and have its group function located in Sweden and Denmark. The unit is now in the need of an HR business partner to support the countries around the world as well as the teams located in Sweden and Denmark.
Job duties
The HR Business Partner is responsible for the HR procedures, policies, and programs on a Group level. The HR BP should ensure these are globally accepted, implemented, and followed up on. This to ensure that PNI globally is working through the same strategy and policies related to our human capital enabling us to be one PostNord International in every aspect and ensuring we attract and keep top talents in the organization. The HR BP should also be able to draw business-oriented conclusions and provide recommendations from an HR perspective.
The role is also key to ensure the right connection points and cooperation between the international entities, the PostNord International Group team and PostNord Group HR.
The role will drive the development from an HR perspective of the entities, report to the PostNord International CFO and work closely to both the HR employees around the world as well as the PostNord International Group Management.
You will work with, among other things:
- Alignment with PostNord Group processes and ways of working
- Further development of global policies & procedures
- Employee survey
- Talent acquisition and succession planning
- Cultural development
- Learning & development
- Health and safety
Your profile
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in HR broad, general HR roles
- Good experience of recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good practices related to Performance Management
- An overall understanding of general HR processes
- Worked with employee surveys and follow ups
- Worked in an international environment
