We are looking for an HR Business Partner for our Nordic region. This includes Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The region has around 400 FTE (Norway 45, Denmark 50, Finland 50, Sweden 255). You will work closely with the local Senior Managers in your region and their Management teams. This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. You report to the Chief Personnel Officer. The job includes frequent (monthly) travelling inside the Nordic Region and from time to time outside the region.

As a trusted business partner you make sure that the organizational structure, culture, leadership and strength of the talent-bench of your region/functional organization enable the achievement of short and long term operational and financial objectives.

You will need to understand the Business and be a strong counterpart for the leaders in your region.

Responsibilities
The Human Resources Business Partner is accountable for six main deliverables:
• Contribute as a member of a geography of function management team to achieve the relevant operational and financial targets
• Ensure that the geography or function has access to the right mix and dynamic development of talents, leaders, skills and competencies
• Support the creation of an inviting, motivating, ambitious and cohesive Employee Experience
• Ensure the successful implementation of all global Human Resources projects, processes and initiatives in the supported geography or function
• Lead and deliver global or geography and function specific Human Resources projects to achieve the agreed objectives
• Ensure compliance in the geography or function for and in all aspects of Human Resources with regards to local law and regulations as well as Ascom internal policies and guidelines

You will work closely with HR Services to secure we fulfill all legal requirements in the region for example Health & Safety, Payroll, Sick leave etc.

Qualifications
• 5-10 years as a Human Resources Business Partner
• 3 years in international Human Resources, including working towards the Nordics
• Strong experience in HR Services, preferably in a shared services setup
• Working experience with transformation medium sized organizations
• University degree (Master or Bachelor)
• General management skills in Analytics, Finance and process Management
• HR skills in Recruitment and Onboarding, Talent Management, Compensation & benefits
• Leadership skills in team development and change management
• Fluent in English and at least 1 other Nordic Language
