Volvo Car Group Body Components in Olofström are currently looking for a candidate to take on the role as Human Resource (HR) Business Partner. You will become a member of an HR Team with motivated, energised and competent co-workers, as well as a member of a business unit management team. As an HR Business Partner you will be expected to partner effectively with managers and act as their discussion partner. We are looking for a curious and result oriented colleague who is good at relationship building and with a clear delivery focus.
Main responsibilities
• Act as an Account Manager i.e. accountable for all HR deliverables in one or more Business Unit.
• Drive Business Transformation, primarily focus on HR strategic activities influencing the business agenda.
• Together with management identify the organisational capabilities required to execute the business strategy.
• Drive People Strategy.
• Champion the HR initiatives in the Business Unit.
• Translate business needs/improvement areas into HR requirements and actions.
• Proactively develop, support and monitor actions linked to improved organisational health and increased performance.
• Coach and provide advice to line management on people matters as the HR specialist.
• Collaborate within the HR function to secure innovative HR solutions and efficiency in HR services.
Required qualifications
• University degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant area
• Broad and deep HR experience
• High level of understanding HR processes and policies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
