hela Sverige We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner responsible for our New Business department and Finance department to join our Human Resources team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In this role you will work in partnership with business leaders to align HR strategy with business strategy and to develop capabilities to support business success. You will be an expert on human behaviour and part of the HR community. You are accountable for driving HR vision and work in a constantly changing environment in our growing company.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day support of managers in HR-related areas in order to meet both internal and external demands, according to labour legislation and policies and processes. Areas to be considered are: working conditions, working environment, equity, salary structures, union relations etc. Conducting business on behalf of Axis should always be done in an ethical manner according to our Core Values.
Furthermore you will promote and nurture a positive and open working environment that supports the values and provide the tools and framework that encourage open and effective employee communications across the territory. Your role will be to challenge, coach and mentor respective business leaders on business and people issues to ensure that they perform more as an overall business. You will act as a changemaker.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an outgoing and organized person with a strong will to succeed. We believe you are a true team player, service minded and friendly. You are able to build relationships at all levels and have the ability to influence across key stakeholders. We believe you have strategic way of thinking but the ability to drive operational excellence.
In addition to above we believe that you have:
* 5+ years' experience from HR management in a fast growing company, preferably in an international environment
* Hands on experience from all areas of HR work; recruitment, career development, outplacement and exits as well as from establishing and maintaining a formal HR structure in accordance with local tax regulations and labor law
* Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
