What you will be a part of
You will be part of Group Functions HR Team and report to Head of HR. You will also be a member of the Saab HR Community.
Your role
We can offer a business oriented HR work where you work close to the business and the relevant management team within Group functions. You will have the possibility to adopt a strategic perspective as well as perform operational work in most parts of the HR spectrum.
A professional and business oriented HR work is essential to be able to attract, recruit and develop the right talents for present and future challenges. We are a highly committed HR team and we are now looking for a HR Business Partner based in Linköping.
Your skills and experience
Your driving force is to develop organisation, managers and employees in order to strengthen our capabilities and create results. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive changes. You have energy and endurance and you are a team player with good judgement and maturity. With curiosity and lack of prestige you find it easy to cooperate, but are also used to work independently.
You have relevant academic educational background and good experience from senior positions within HR. You are eager to continue to develop and find an employer of choice where you can make a difference. You have a track record of continuous development and enjoy working close to the business.
in this role you need excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.
