Description
Would you like to take on a strategic Human Resources (HR) Business Partner role?
In this position you will act as a HR Business Partner for our growing Tetra Recart organisation. You will support the organisation in the areas of leadership performance, talent management, capability development, strategic workforce planning, organisational design, employee engagement and change management. You will also support the central Product Management & Commercial Operations (PMCO) organisation in certain growth initiatives and activities.
You will enter into a global role, working with senior management and contributing to business strategy and organisational development. You will play an important role in expanding and developing the Tetra Recart business.
The position is located in Lund, Sweden, and requires approximately 20% of travelling. You will report to the Global HR Business Partner, Product Management and Commercial Operations.
Main responsibilities
• Be a key participant in the management team, including being involved in developing the strategy and workforce plans.
• Partner with management in driving capability and competency development.
• Drive forward talent management - specifically through performance management, the MPD process, and senior management recruitment.
• Work on organisational development and employee engagement.
• Provide counsel and advice to senior management on all people and organizational related issues.
• Participate or lead key projects, such as capability, organizational, competence development projects.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a true passion for business and Human Resources. You are able to effectively and proactively deliver services, advice and coaching to senior managers. You have a track record of driving successful change activities and projects, focusing on business growth and expansion.
You possess strong collaboration skills and you work well with people on all levels and across organisational borders.Being able to handle ambiguity and knowing how to prioritize will be essential and we believe a high level of positive energy and flexibility is needed for success.
You have a University Degree and solid experience from a variety of HR processes and disciplines such as change management, competence development and/or talent management. You have experience in working with Sales and Marketing organisations. The ability to recognize and analyze HR and business needs is important, especially knowing how to translate them into operational projects.
Having global experience is also highly merited.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
