About your job
You act as a strategic advisor to leaders and managers for our common functions across borders, with a strong focus on Sweden. Through close collaboration with stakeholders - within and outside of HR - you help shape a positive employee experience and foster a learning culture across the organization. Your job offers a unique opportunity to apply your broad HR business partnering expertise while leading people development projects that impact both local and global operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
Drive end to end HR processes such as talent management, performance management, and succession planning for a global tech workforce.
Ensure compliance with Swedish labor laws (LAS, AML, MBL)
Lead union consultations and negotiations and manage employee relations in adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
Coach leaders on people management best practices, cultural nuances to enhance employee engagement, cross functional collaboration and team performance.
Championing a culture of learning and growth, preparing teams to adapt and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Lead the design and delivery of capability-building programs for leaders and broader organization
Partner with business HR leaders and subject matter experts to design and curate relevant learning pathways that support employee career development and upskilling.
Take part in relevant forums of expertise, both in our business area as well as Sandvik overall as needed to refine our HR best practices and learning initiatives.
You report and act in close collaboration with the Vice President and Head of HR Intelligent Manufacturing, and you're a valued member of our HR management team. The location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden. International travel and efficient digital collaboration across time zones and travel is a natural part of your job.
About you
We're looking for someone with a degree in HR, or the equivalent skills gained from a working career. Knowledge of Swedish labor law is required. Experience working with modern HCM systems, digital learning tools and familiarity with internal platforms are an advantage. Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Swedish is required.
You have strong integrity, confidence and a positive attitude and combine business acumen with HR expertise and thrive in a global organization. You're eager to learn and look for best practices from the software and manufacturing sectors. Capturing opportunities to drive improvements and challenge the status quo when needed comes naturally. You service mindset, communication skills and ability to present to different stakeholders - including senior leaders - set you apart.
