Varbergs Kusthotell is a beautiful spa hotel located at the sea front. The hotel has 159 rooms, restaurant and bistro, meeting rooms, spa and fitness facilities.
Vision Service is employing hardworking and dedicated employees and the team is multicultural. Vision Service was founded in 2010 in Denmark by Kasper Willemoes who remains the owner and managing director of the company. The motivation for the founding of Vision Service was to create a different service company where a good product is achieved through modern personnel management and innovation in addition to hard work.
With a focus on facility management solutions for the hotel industry, we experienced rapid growth and today we have a turnover of more than 50 million SEK a year. Vision Service employs more than 300 dedicated employees with more than 30 different nationalities.
We imagine that the right candidate has a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as Housekeeping manager or other relevant management experience from one or more hotels. We are in search of a person that is highly structured, detail oriented, has great communication skills, is full of energy and is leading by example.

You will be responsible for the:
Overall operational responsibilities for housekeeping department
Quality check of rooms, conference and public areas
Efficiency controlling
HR in regards to the housekeeping department
Responsible for work environment
Communication with the administration in Copenhagen
About you:
You need to have experience from a similar position from the hotel industry or relevant management experience
You must be able to speak, read and write English and Swedish
You are bursting of energy!
You create your overview by keeping track of the details so you can prioritize tasks on very busy days
You have experience with Excel and computers in general
