As Housekeeping Attendant you will serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are well maintained and cleaned, providing professional customer service to the Hotel's guests ensuring all requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and providing gust and employees with safe and orderly environment.
As a member of the Housekeeping department, this role is responsible for ensuring that all areas either guest rooms or public areas are tidy, well maintained and meets the highest standard of cleanliness.

• Multiple years of experience in a similar position
• Relevant knowledge of Word and Excel

• Good organisation and planning skills and attention to details
• Enjoy working in a team to achieve common goals
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
• Good written and spoken skills fluent in English and other languages is highly valued
