As Head of Visual Merchandising, you'll be part of a dynamic, creative and collaborative team with the unique opportunity to influence how our brand comes to life across the globe. What you will do
Set and lead the global visual merchandising strategy in alignment with our brand vision.
Partner cross-functionally with retail, creative, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
Lead, inspire and develop a team of visual creatives while indirectly influencing regional teams across global markets.
Drive the visual execution in stores across Europe, the US, and APAC.
Shape new store layouts and customer journeys from a visual merchandising perspective.
Analyse and monitor store performance, adapting strategies for local markets and short-term selling opportunities.
Build store communities and develop the VM function to support both omni channel and retail sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, you have a solid background in visual merchandising within fashion retail. You know how to translate brand vision into impactful customer experiences, and you thrive on the balance between creativity and commerciality. You're confident working both strategically and operationally, and you're used to leading in complex, cross-functional environments.
We believe you'll bring:
Proven leadership experience, including staff responsibility and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
A commercial mindset with deep understanding of how visual presentation drives sales and brand connection.
Experience working across multiple international markets, adapting global strategies to local needs.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build strong partnerships across functions.
The ability to lead change and implement new ways of working in a growing organisation.
Strong communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office will support your daily work. Experience with digital and omni-channel retail environments is highly valued.

This is a full time permanent position based at our Head Office in Kungsholmen Stockholm.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is part of our offer, approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
