As the Head of Technology you would be responsible for the Technology provision and strategy for one of TriOptimas services and all development, architecture and testing staff directly aligned to this product suite.
Key Responsibilities
Development Function - The Head of Technology is responsible for the organisation, processes and results of the Development function and all personnel working in that function. The Development Function is responsible for the architecture, detailed design, implementation and maintenance of the specific service proprietary applications, including for example:
• application development and resilience
• development project management
• testing and QA
• documentation
The Head of Technology is a key member of the Osttra Technology Leadership team and is responsible for implementing the Osttra Technology Strategy as well as staffing which includes global location strategy and personnel development for Technology.
Key Skills
Software Development - The Head of Technology shall be thoroughly experienced in the technologies and techniques of designing and implementing software, so that the Head of Technology can ensure that the service always uses the optimal technologies and tools in support of software development
Vision - The Head of Technology shall be qualified to take initiatives to identify available opportunities to improve technology in support the development of the service toward its vision.
Leadership - The Head of Technology must be able to lead the development group in technology discussions, in order to ensure that the company benefits from the total experience of its developers, and to ensure that all developers understand and adopt the technological decisions made.
