Head of Solution Implementation, Scania Mining

Scania Mining is a Business Area focusing on delivery of solutions based on all Scania's various products and services to the Mining Industry.
Mines tend to be in remote areas far away from our normal service network and many customers are operating globally. Our aim is to build up safe and cost efficient transport solutions tailor made for each individual mine site wherever they are in the world. We are mainly working through our normal Scania distribution network.

Your role
You will be a member of Scania Mining's management team and your main responsibility is to manage and follow up the Scania organisations capability to implement and continuously improve our solutions. You are in charge of a team co-workers in Sweden and elsewhere in order to support our customers short term with training and technical issues as well as long term by developing and improve common tools and models for hand over, follow up and continues improvements of customer's transport operation. We call this "Site Optimisation by Scania".

Your profile
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and attentive candidate with a strong customer value focus who is driven by wanting to understand our customer's challenges in order to identify areas which they can develop by working together with Scania.

We want someone with good business acumen, experience to interact with all different management levels at the customers, excellent social skills and analytical abilities. Curious in nature, you seek a holistic view of things and have the will and ability to share knowledge effectively with the entire Scania organisation. Ability to smoothly interact and lead cross-functional teams within Scania as well as with foreign parties is a requirement, i.e. well-developed communication, presentation, and leadership skills are required.

The ideal candidate is someone with an international Service experience from both the field as well as management level, and an academic technical- or business degree. Preferable experience from overseas markets and from all our different products (truck, bus & engines) and services.

Experience from a process industry is desirable. The candidate must be able to speak and write English fluently. Knowledge in other languages is highly welcome, especially Spanish and/or Portuguese.
