For the development of Care by Volvo - we will strengthen the marketing team with a Head of Sales role.

Responsibilities

You will lead in building a strong understanding of our individual customer's business and value drivers and create awareness amongst potential corporate and B2B (SMEs) clients. You enjoy being on the front line, generating leads and prospects in close collaboration with our partner network. You will develop targeted account strategies and tactical penetration plans to generate new opportunities for us as a business. You have the mentality of a creative self-starter with the ability to work independently.

* You will be analyzing the current market place to better understand competitor landscape, individual segment needs to support offer / product development and improvements
* You will develop and maintain relationships of the defined target groups managing our offline sales territory.
* You will be developing compelling value propositions based on cost / benefit analysis as part of finding and closing new business opportunities
* Drive deals to closure in a new business environment whilst maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

We Are Looking For People Who
* Demonstrated sales track record with an understanding of retail industry dynamics, Omni channel retailing and customer needs.
* Experience from sales organization, driven team player, collaborator whose can-do attitude inspires others and encourages great performance in a fast-moving environment.
* Is a proficient networker with ability to develop and leverage relationships within industry and key influencers
* Have the ability to coordinate and lead others and is a strategic, creative and curious person by nature
* Value innovation and entrepreneurial spirit constantly seeing new opportunities.
* You enjoy working with customers and delivering best in class service.

To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:

* Must have strong skills in the following: communication, presentation skills and negotiation with an eye for details
* Understanding (willingness to learn) about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
* Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, independently and identify and resolve problems
* Proven track record of success in a high activity sales role with territory growth.
* Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to utilize sales CRM tools
* Bachelor's degree required
