This is us - Sales Region International at Volvo Construction Equipment
You will be a colleague in the Region International Sales team who are responsible for equipment sales, uptime and parts, productivity, retail development in four different market areas - Africa, Oceania, Russia/CIS, Middle East, Turkey and Cuba. We are an important contributor to VCE global footprint, effective, and passionate team that is stronger than the sum of its parts and we are ready to grasp opportunities and work against demanding goals in a true cross-functional and collaborative approach to achieve customer success. You will report to Head of Sales Region International and will be part of the regional management team.

Your new job - What opportunities do we offer?
As the Head of Retail Development you are responsible to bring a significant contribution to the performance of Region International by:
Developing the retail network strategy, in coordination with the market areas and CoE for Retail Development
Securing the operational and brand management standards required from Volvo Dealers in general
Supporting and follow up the performance of private dealers, as well as managing respective control processes and development programs
Coordinating the retail network competence development, including technical, commercial and management skills
Coordinating the customer experience development, including surveys, improvements and taken a lead in concerned processes
Supporting the development of the regional strategy, making sure the progress is measured through the time
Facilitating the lean journey in the market areas and retail network

Other criteria for the role:
University degree or appropriate academic qualification
10 years of experience in retail development and aftermarket
Has shown a Business mindset
Complete understanding of the dealers' operation
Strong collaboration & networking capability
A passion for people and organizational development
Has an appetite and knowledge for new technology
Embrace the sustainability journey in all its dimensions
Has a holistic view
Accountability: take the full ownership on all actions
