Your job as Head of QA is to ensure that all releases and deliveries are of the highest quality while maintaining flexibility in schedules and changes in requirements. You and your team will be responsible for maintaining the high standards that Relax Gaming's products have already set.
You will have creative freedom to implement your vision of best practises in the field of QA and automated testing. You will be the hands-on leader of the QA team, taking ownership of the the team's testing activities and resource distribution.
Responsibilities:
• Implementing our vision for automated testing
• Leading the recruitment effort for QA personnel
• Working hands-on alongside the QA team with an increasing focus on strategy and vision for Relax Gaming QA
• Owning and managing device libraries and other hardware
• Championing good testing practices not just in QA but for all developers
• Selecting and implementing appropriate testing tools
• Ensuring compliance requirements are met
Requirements:
• Excellent understanding of testing processes and best practice
• Strong understanding of automated, functional and non-functional testing
• Strong ability to write and execute test scripts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of Jira and Agile processes
Background:
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance/Testing
• Previous experience as a Test Lead or a Team Lead
• Previous experience with key testing tools (Selenium, Appium etc)
The Malmö office is perfectly located on Lilla torg, right in the middle of the beautiful old parts of the city. It's a five minute walk from the central station and all types of shopping and restaurants can be found right outside our doorstep.
