As a part of our Products & Services team, you will work with a dynamic team of researchers and developers, planning and executing inspiring projects, and develop and improve our products with a client-centric approach. You will report to our CEO and be part of the management team.
As Head of Market Research, you will:
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Be a key stakeholder and leader in improving and developing proposals and products
• Lead the development, strategy and execution of our whole research process; from data collection and analysis to delivery whilst ensuring the success of our digitalization journey
• Be a crucial part of the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Lead a small team of product managers and research analysts
• Coordinate resources, clients and vendors for the flawless execution of projects and products
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Drive the development and implementation of online questionnaires and the evaluation of companies' career channels and HR tools
• Design and implement qualitative perception panels
• Engage in data-analysis, report production and report-writing
• Enhance our knowledge and share it with clients during client deliveries and conferences
• Work closely with all other functions within our company to ensure alignment and excellence in everything we do
• Be a thought leader and responsible for acquiring and developing knowledge within our field

WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you are:
• A structured project manager with great operational and delegation skills
• Curious about talent communication, employer branding and/or the HR field and will strive for becoming an expert
• A positive driver with start-up mentality who enjoys working cross-functional in flat organizational structures
• Curious and able to take innovative ideas and translate them to helping our teams and clients work smarter
• Able and enjoy going between strategic work to being very hands-on
• Collaborative, dynamic and able to dispatch energy among the team

• Great at communicating effectively with, and manage internal and external stakeholders

• Analytical and enjoy solving tasks and questions in a logical way
We expect you to have:
• A completed a academic degree (minimum bachelor's degree)
• Proven work experience of 3-5 years in project management in the market research/consulting sector
• A close-to-native level of English, both written and spoken
• Proven work experience of team management with direct reports
• Experience with analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
• Experience with client relationship management
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

Varaktighet, arbetstid
• Full-time position in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden. Not possible to work remotely. - IMPORTANT: Valid EU passport or work permit is mandatory. If you are not an EU citizen, please indicate the permit you have and its conditions of validity.
