As the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing our investor relations strategy, ensuring transparent communication, and providing valuable insights to the executive team.
Role & responsibility
As Head of IR, you will be responsible for securing, driving, and developing a fair market valuation as well as compliance. This will be done through relevant communication and follow up with external and internal stakeholders. You are the owner of external reporting and presentations. You will support the CEO and CFO in messaging connected to reports, secure anchoring with board, and maintain contact with investors and analysts. The Head of IR reports to the CFO and will be the sole person working with IR.
We are looking for someone with:
University degree in finance, communication or related fields
Strong understanding and experience in financial reporting in a listed environment
Fluent in English and Swedish
Proven competence in effective written communication
As a person, you are structured, analytical, service minded, driven and forward leaning.
