ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the company's accounting and reporting to our French colleagues at Acoem Group. You will work operationally with accounting, financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual), conduct ongoing analyses of business results and profitability in connection with budgeting and forecasts. The controller part includes key performance indicator monitoring and budget and forecast reconciliation. Production and project follow-up regarding key indicators and cost estimate variations may occur in collaboration with the production manager.
You will work closely with the company's CEO but also serve as a sounding board and support to other parts of the business. This provides a varied and developmental role, giving you insight into all parts of the company.
You work proactively in your analyses of the future. You will also work on the development of processes and routines in the entire financial flow. The role also includes responsibility for the company's payroll administration system and HR-related tasks such as collective agreement issues, etc.
There is an finance team on site consisting of four people. This team handles order administration, shipping, invoicing, import and export administration, supplier liabilities, accounts receivable, salaries, and accounting.

We are looking for someone who has:
• Education as an economist or equivalent.
• Good accounting knowledge and is ready to take the next step in their career. We believe you have worked in the role of auditor or head of accounting before.
• Good analytical ability and an understanding of what is behind the numbers. You want to take overall responsibility for both accounting and controlling to steer decisions in the best direction for the business.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have previously worked internationally and it is also positive if you have previously worked in a production-oriented enterprise.

Working hours: Full time, daytime.
Location: Mölndal, Gothenburg.
