Show the way for Electrical Design
We are looking for you who have a passion for leadership and motivating others. In this role, you will be part of our global team of experts, and you will work closely with department management, employees, project leaders and customers. As head of electrical design large buildings and industry you will be part of the leadership team, Electrical Design. Your most important task in the team is to lead and develop your colleagues, so that their competencies contribute to the success in our projects and that the group's goals are reached.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Recruit for growth
• Develop plans to attract, maintain and motivate employees.
• Participate in the departments and customer's projects, where you ensure high quality in deliveries.
• Grow the business within electrical design in the segment Large Buildings.
• Manage the group's billability.

In addition, you have:
• MSc. or BSc. in electrical or automation engineering or similar field.
• Have at least five years of relevant experience, either from another consulting engineering company, industrial buildings, or construction company.
• Have had some form of leadership role before, either as a manager or as a project leader.
• Have an interest to lead, coach, and motivate employees.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Swedish language.
