We are now looking for several managers for our new program and project department at Business unit Underwater Systems. We are changing and developing our ways to execute business and will have a new organizational set up 1st of January.
To secure success we are creating three different offices within the Program and Project Department;
1. Head of Contract & Projects Underwater
As Head of the Contract & Projects Underwater Systems 1 you will be responsible for the contract and project managers and have vital role in ensuring business execution.
2. Head of contract and projects Underwater
As Head of the Contract & Projects Underwater Systems 2 you will be responsible for the contract and project managers and have vital role in ensuring business execution.
3. Head of Programs & Projects support
To secure success we are creating a new support office with risk management, planning, bid estimation and business support. One of the focus areas will be setting up new ways of resource planning, both within the business unit, but also help visualize our needs to operations such as production and sourcing.
As a member of the Program & Project management team, you will participate in developing our ways to execute business and managing projects and further increase success in a changing and expansive phase. You will work with several parts of our organization; such as Customer support, Engineering & Development, Product management, Production and Sourcing as well as external stakeholders.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in leading roles. As a manager you will need to possess strong business acumen; understanding the execute business management impact on business success. You will focus on achieving results through a team effort and contribute to the BU's overall strategy.
We put great emphasis on personal characteristics; you are engaged, driven and you have the ability to motivate and enthuse your surroundings. Your leadership style is highly communicative, collaborative and promotes an open, trustful and encouraging work environment.
You are a confident communicator in both Swedish and English and you easily share information in a clear and relevant manner, both verbally and in writing.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply
