With already existing top tier retail banks in Europe and continuous growth, we're looking to expand our team with a Head of Compliance.
About this role
In this role, you are expected to operationally drive and ensure that Minna is compliant towards regulatory authorities in Europe as well as its Bank clients. The work shall include policy writing, implementation, training, audits, due-diligence, outsourcing, etc. Some of the compliance requirements at Minna includes:
• PCI-DSS
• AML, GDPR, Data Loss, Privacy
• OPSEC
• Others such as Software Development Life Cycle, Encryption Management, Cybersecurity etc.
• Annual audits - Penetration Test, ISOC
• Compliance towards Financial Supervisory Authority
• Ethics policy
• ISO certifications
As a Head of Compliance, you are expected to:
• Represent Minna towards Bank clients in relation to the compliance request
• Represent Minna towards investors during the technical due diligence
• Represent Minna towards the board of directors on monthly risk & compliance report
• Handle external agencies such as an outsourced partner, tech auditors, law firm, etc.
• Conduct company-wide education & training to ensure a satisfactory knowledge level related to money laundering, financing of terrorism, ethics, etc.
• Identify and fill the compliance gap including drafting policies, implementing, conducting training, etc
• Support new market launch for Minna from compliance and legal standpoint
In your task, you will be supported by an outsourced agency for compliance towards the Financial Supervisory Authority.
Key Requirements
• Experience of working in a tech compliance role preferably with a bank tech, fintech or a bank
• Experience of working with GDPR, PSD2, PCI-DSS, ISO certifications and Privacy Policies
• Experience of policy drafting and implementation
• Fluency in written/spoken English and Swedish
