To ensure exceptional communication Division Tube is now looking for a passionate and excellent leader to head our highly competent staff function for Internal and Marketing communication into the future. Someone who wants to take an active part in the overall strategy and continuous development of Division Tube.
The location for this position is Sandviken, Sweden.
Your challenge
As Head of Communication, you are responsible for Tube's global internal communication and external marketing communication and you ensure continuous development of our communication strategy, channels and structure.
You will work together with two teams, who is responsible for creating, maintaining and developing all aspects of communication, including executive management communication, strategy communication, change- and crisis communication, content and storytelling.
As an expert within your field, you (and your team) are the sounding board to our Division President and the Management Team in matters of communication.
Your mission includes being a part of SMT Communications council where you ensure alignment to the overall communication strategy and participate in common SMT-initiatives.
You report to the Chief of Staff and occasional international travel is part of the job.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with an academic background within communication and several years of working in the field. You have a history of working with management teams and successfully leading other people in an international setting as a manager or project leader, as well as solid experience from leading communication projects. In this position, you need knowledge of communication planning, strategy and you have a proven track record from working with change communication. As we are based in Sweden but act on the international arena, your communication skills in Swedish and English are exceptional, both verbally and in writing.
We believe you have a winning personality, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to drive ideas and projects from start to finish. You have the confidence to take front position in projects involving senior management, act with integrity and have both the interest and the ability to lead, develop and motivate people in a virtual and global organization. You easily build trust and are an excellent networker with good understanding of stakeholder management and, with your strategic and holistic view; you understand the business requirements and you need to act on urgent, short-term and long-term objectives.
