Do you have broad experience in customer relations and are you a dynamic person with a lot of enthusiasm and drive?
We are looking for a person who can coordinate and manage our Customer Care and Documentation team in Gothenburg. Our team has recently got some new responsibilities and your role will be to create a professional and empowered team whose members are motivated and capable of fulfilling their business duties.
As a Customer Care Manager you will be responsible for executing existing operational policies, but are also called upon to recommend improvements and changes in order to continually improve company operations and to better fulfill customer needs. A strong focus should be to strengthen and improve the relationships with our customers. Responsibilities will be to follow up that contract terms are being followed and that the handling of customer complaints is efficient. Improvements in processes and systems are another focus and you will participate in and lead different efficiency projects.
We have a matrix organisation and you will both report to Head of Sweden Branch as well as Regional Manager Commercial Service
Successful applicants for this role will posses the following:
• A solid knowledge of customer relations from the transport business, preferably experience from shipping or air freight.
• Ability to inspire and motivate people
• Good interpersonal skills to reach a good communication with customers as well as colleagues
• Creative resourcefulness and a lot of drive
• Understanding of EDI solutions.
• Excellent knowledge in English, both written and oral. One Scandinavian language.
The position is on local terms.
