hela Sverige The Head of CDC Analytics and Reporting will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of analytics and reporting capabilities within the Cyber Defense Center (CDC). This position will be responsible for creating and delivering reporting on relevant situations, security-related metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal cybersecurity stakeholders, as well as external stakeholders within the Volvo Group
The Head of CDC Analytics and Reporting requires close collaboration with external partners and stakeholders, together with the CDC Management Team, to ensure reporting is aligned with business objectives and cybersecurity targets.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement analytics and reporting strategies to enable our current and future business
Responsible to create and deliver regular reports on security-related metrics and KPIs to internal cybersecurity stakeholders, including Executive Management, Business Review Meetings and briefing of external partners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the CDC management team and external partners to ensure that reporting is aligned with our broader cybersecurity goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and other visualizations to help stakeholders interpret data and make informed decisions
Continuously monitor and analyse data to identify trends and patterns that can inform cybersecurity strategy and operations.
Collaborate with other teams, such as threat intelligence and digital forensics and investigations, to integrate data from multiple sources and provide a comprehensive view of the organization's cybersecurity posture.
Ensure that all reporting complies with industry best practices, legal and regulatory requirements, and internal policies and standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as vendors and industry organizations, to support the organization's analytics and reporting activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in analytics and reporting, with a focus on cybersecurity or information technology.
Proven experience in developing and implementing analytics and reporting strategies and processes.
Strong knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, resolve and communicate complex technical issues.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
Experience with data governance and compliance, including relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
