After several quarters of hyper growthwe are now looking for an exceptional Head of Business Development to complement our operationally focused teams with strategic thinking and to drive execution of key projects to enhance business performance.
What you'll do
• Identify, scope and lead implementation of cross-functional growth, revenue, cost and talent initiatives to improve operational and financial performance
• Continuously examine our core business and medical processes and translate identified improvement opportunities into actionable projects that drive growth, quality, efficiency and operational metrics
• Accelerate our shift to data-driven decision-making and support leadership with analysis, business planning and prioritisation of organisational, process and talent development needs
• Partner with the Commercial and Product teams around new market expansion, from research and due diligence to business model and process development, and setting up medical operations in international markets
• Identify and secure key commercial and medical partnerships to expand our offering and explore growth or cost saving opportunities
Who you are
• 4-6 years relevant experience from strategy, business development or management consulting with a proven track record of delivering outsized business impact and top/bottom line results
• Proven ability to synthesize complex business challenges and create clear solutions and messages for audiences of various backgrounds/professions
• Ability to think analytically and translate data into actionable ideas and key initiatives
• Highly driven character with exceptional problem-solving skills and never-give-up attitude
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with rapidly shifting priorities
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• International mindset and culturally aware
• English language proficiency; Swedish and other European languages beneficial
You will be a key member of the Medical Operations management team and report to the Head of Medical Operations. You will be based in our centrally located Stockholm office together with 80 fun and ambitious colleagues. Some international travel required.
