hela Sverige Would you like to be in the driver seat of managing Business Control at Saab? We are looking for a Head of Business Control who will take on a key role in performance analysis and follow-ups, providing strategic support and recommendations to Management for decision making.
Your role
As Head of Business Control you will manage the development of business controlling at Saab, this is a new role in the way that we consolidate several tasks on a group level. You combine extensive knowledge of financial management with business acumen and action related follow-ups on business financials and major projects. Reporting to the Deputy CFO the Head of Business Control will have a vital part in further improving our efficiency through fact based measurement and efficient capital allocation. As a manager at Saab you create a culture that enhances and promotes performance, innovation and motivation by coaching and developing others around you. You provide excellent stakeholder management through your interactions, delivering strong recommendations through your performance analysis to key stakeholders.
The position holder will be responsible for:
* Operational reporting and forecasting process
* Performance analysis
* Business financials and Project Follow up
* Working capital monitoring and action follow-up
* Capital allocation and investment follow-up
* Efficiency and cost program follow-up
* M&A financial analysis support
* Support and participate in group wide projects
* Financial support to Group Management, Board and it's committees
Your profile
You possess a strong business acumen together with strategic awareness. When collaborating with stakeholders, you are confident with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makers. Your leadership skills are proven and you have great experience from financial planning, analysis, budget, and reporting.
Required background and experience:
* Experience as manager
* Experience from financial planning, analysis, budget, and reporting
* Experienced and confident leader
* Good knowledge in development and empowerment of direct reports and staff
* Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
* Relevant academic degree

* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and solution oriented
* Structured and ability to prioritize
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
