The Adecco Group Sweden is now recruiting a Head of Business Control to join our Finance team in Solna.We are looking for a driven and analytical person who wants to play a key part in driving profitability and growth in an international environment.
The role will report to the Head of Finance Sweden and will be part of the Finance Management team in Sweden.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and develop Business Control department with 4 direct reports
Responsible for analysis of Sweden's Business Lines performance
Ownership of monthly Business Reviews with the regions
Responsible for preparation of monthly reporting to Group
Manage weekly and monthly reporting to the organization
Drive forecasting and planning process
Drive and develop DWH, cubes and BI-tool
Controller for one smaller Business Line
Sparring partner to Head of Finance Sweden
Actively drive change and continual improvement
Drive ad hoc projects

Key Requirements:
You have a Masters in business administration, Accounting and Auditing, Finance etc
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Control
Minimum 3 years of experience as a leader, confident in your leadership style and successful in coaching employees
Good knowledge of Excel and used to analyzing and making sense of large amount of data and inputs. VBA or SQL knowledge is an advantage
Experience from staffing services and workforce solutions industry is a strong merit
Experience from working in a multinational setting is an advantage
Language skills: fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
Strong analytical and technical acumen
Ability to be self-motivated and thrive in order to maintain both personal and team effectiveness
Ability to manage and balance multiple deliverables to strict reporting deadlines
Strong focus on quality and continual improvement
