Our customer is listed as the fastest growing Swedish startup in 2018. Their vision is to transform presentations and meetings into fun and interactive experiences.

They are currently looking for someone great to join their marketing team and be responsible for leading the Brand and PR work at the customer.

The ideal candidate should be able to translate that product love into a strong brand, making the customers product the obvious choice for your meetings and presentations.

A strong brand and the right PR activities should create defensibility, attract new users and build a strong organizational culture. You will work with diverse target groups - ranging from Management Consultants to Kindergarten teachers to CEOs; a challenge they hope you will love!

They 're looking for someone with extensive experience with PR, who can lead their own work and help shape what working with Brand and PR at the company should look like. They want you to be eager to develop them as a company to a world-leading position. You will be one of the leading individuals making this happen.

Responsibilities for the role:
• Set and execute the plan to impact user growth via PR & Brand activities
• Add the PR perspective to all marketing initiatives (e.g. feature launches, campaigns and general growth initiatives) and leverage those activities to drive user growth via PR
• Plan and execute brand awareness activities in order to create defensibility for the Brand (current users & the general public)
• Manage their PR agency, external partners & stakeholders
• Analyze and report on the effect of PR & Brand awareness activities
• Analyze & report potential diversions from their standard Unit Economics in users acquired via PR
• Be a resource in employee branding work (lead by Head of Talent Acquisition)

Resources they have to support you:
• Marketing team to support in analysis, tactics and copywriting
• PR-agency (London-based)
• Professional marketing and data gathering services (Customer.io, Intercom, Mixpanel, Google Analytics etc.)

Must haves for the role:
• 5+ years experience of PR work specifically, both at consultancy firms and internet companies
• Experience from global Brand and PR work
• Experience from both B2C and B2B brands
• Experience and interest in working both with hands-on execution and board-level strategy
• Strong academic background
• Experience from PR within SaaS specifically. Experience of driving user acquisition and retention via PR will be considered an advantage
• Place of work is Stockholm, and we can support re-location within EU

Not required:
• You don't have to know Swedish (daily work is carried out in English and the customers team currently boasts 13 different nationalities!)
