We are seeking a talented Head of Brand and Content, Marketing to establish and oversee the execution of the brand as well as the content production and strategy for SAMT. The location for this position is at the Epicenter in Stockholm, Sweden, and you report to the Vice President of Global Marketing, SAMT.

Your mission - creating our own groundbreaking brand identity and ensuring exceptional content
In this position, you have the overall responsibility for creating the verbal and visual brand identity for SAMT in line with Sandvik's existing brand architecture. You work with Group's brand management team to determine SAMT's brand guidelines and direction, and act as a brand steward in managing brand alignment within the SAMT organization. You set the standard for our content strategy. Working closely with key stakeholders, you plan the content editorial calendar in line with our growth strategy and market trends, and you create, maintain, train, and evangelize content standards. You partner with our marketing operations team to measure content performance and gain insights to improve our content strategy, and you oversee our social media strategy to drive awareness and engagement of our portfolio of solutions.
Your character - thoughtful innovator eager to see what's outside your comfort zone
We are looking for someone with a solid background of at least eight years from a B2B tech company, and proven marketing and leadership experience. Preferably you also have a degree in Marketing. To succeed in this role, you also need to have mastery in building tech brands and content strategies, and strong knowledge of the fundamentals of content development, media and brand management. You're adept in all areas of content marketing, including SEO strategy, social media strategy, storytelling and the editorial process. you have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as strong presentation skills.
You're perceptive and truly interested in development, and this together with your independent working style and "can do attitude", are your cornerstones when facing challenges. You have outstanding communication skills that you use to collaborate and build relationships, and to inspire and motivate your team. you're thoughtful yet decisive, you work well in a fast-paced team environment without losing focus on quality and details. As your team grows, you must also display strong leadership skills in order to lead a team towards successfully achieving both marketing and company-wide goals!
